I was fortunate and honoured to to be a finalist 2 years running at The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA), as a result of votes from my Couples, who used my services throughout the year. My first year, I unfortunately didn't win, but the second year, I was so proud to be announced as Highly Commended in the category of 'Wedding DJ of The Year' in the Yorkshire and North East region.

Each year it is a hotly fort category, meaning being Highly Commended is certainly an achievement. It's a moment of which I will always remember, and I'm honoured to be amongst some fantastic suppliers, all thanks to the couples who put their trust in my services, and then to vote for me, it is amazing, I am so grateful.

Our wedding was 100% outdoors, with the ceremony taking place in the middle of a field with no electricity. This wasn't a problem for Darren as he had a portable setup, as well as mains setup, meaning he could provide music during the ceremony, aswell as the full setup in the barn after. Th e sound quality and lighting were amazing, and everyone had such a good time dancing to great songs!

he charges very fairly compared to other DJs, he has a true talent to keep guests on the dance floor.

Darren also accommodated each of my requests as a bride, e.g announcements, mashup songs for father daughter dance and guest song requests. He timed everything perfectly so there were no awkward waits. I had no issues working with Darren and will certainly recommend him and use him in future!

From our first meeting with Darren you could tell how dedicated he was to this job. He arrived at the venue bright and early as he wanted to ensure everything was set up for the day to run smoothly! He was amazing from start to finish, he read every room and knew exactly what music would fit the vibe. The nighttime party music was brilliant and he played something for everything. I would not hesitate to recommended him to anyone! He was a star!!
